It does what it's supposed to do. However, I believe it can be improved somewhat. #1) Make the threaded screw just a little longer. This would avoid the risk of the flat plate coming off and falling into the water or remain within the track. #2) Make the thumb screw head a little taller/longer. This would help tighten the thumb screw without the need of using tools.
