This Anchor Wizard Tiller Mount is a versatile system that allows precision placement and retrieval of heavy anchors with ease. The TS-415 has a 1-½” diameter inside hub which is great for lifting anchors over 30-lbs. This unit retrieves the anchor at 1 foot per turn/revolution (1:1 Retrieval Ratio).
The TS-415 is perfect for mounting to Drift Boats, Deep-V Style Jet Boats and Flat Bottom River/Jon Boats where heavy anchors are necessary for staying put in heavy river currents. Many of our customers are using 45-lb. pyramid style anchors with the drift boats and 40 to 60 to 80-lbs of heavy chain-link on the other boats. Out on the Pacific West Coast, they are using our system for the Columbia River style anchors with a length of chain leader. Anchoring when you’re out chasing Trout, Salmon, or Steelhead in any river system has never been easier!
The TS-415 is designed to be mounted within an arm’s reach of where you steer the boat, giving you fingertip access to instant “free-spool” anchoring and total boat position control once anchored. Simply run the anchor rope through pulleys along the gunnel (or even under the deck), up to our Nose Piece (NP-517) or Tower Piece (TP-240) mounted to the bow of your boat. The mounting possibilities are as vast as your imagination, and your current boat layout.

After seeing and using the wizard on a guides boat then Matt Leonard's boat, I was sold. I have a 17' Riverman that had an older electric anchor that quit working while I was fishing! Trip over! Now with the wizard I'll never have that happen again! Another positive, it's made here in Michigan.

I recently purchased the tiller mount anchor wizard, and I am extremely happy with the product. It makes anchoring in the river easy, without spending the big dollars on elecric winch options. Another great advantage is that it doesn't require electric power, which is just one more thing that could go wrong. When on the river, I want to spend time fishing, not messing around with something that gives you problems. The only thing that I can find to be a negative is that the safety locking mechanism is carbon steel. And it will get surface rust. A suggestion to the manufacturer would be to convert these fittings to stainless steel. Michigan made as well!!! Thanks Anchor Wizard!
